Coach Syd helps women feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies through every stage of life, from prepping to be your best self, through pregnancy to motherhood and beyond. With over eight years of experience coaching women in fitness, health, and mindset, she blends science-backed training with a compassionate, realistic approach. Her mission is to empower women to build strength that supports not just their goals, but their energy, confidence, and overall well-being. With personal experience in bodybuilding & training throughout pregnancy, Sydney will meet you where you are at in your fitness journey and get you the results you are looking for.
