My Go-To High Protein Greek Yogurt Tzatziki

Let me tell you – this high-protein tzatziki is one of those recipes I always keep in my fridge. It’s creamy, refreshing, packed with flavor, and loaded with protein thanks to 0% Greek yogurt. I use it on everything – dips, bowls, wraps, grilled meats – you name it.

If you’re trying to eat more protein, finding little ways to sneak it in makes a huge difference. This tzatziki checks all the boxes: easy, tasty, and good for you.

What You’ll Need:

• 2 cups 0% Greek yogurt

• 1/3 cup fresh chopped dill

• 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 cucumber, peeled, grated, and squeezed to get the water out

• Juice of half a lemon

Salt & pepper, to taste

• In wraps, sandwiches

• As a spread on toast with sliced cucumbers and chili flakes (don’t knock it ’til you try it!)

It lasts around a week in the fridge, and the flavours actually get better after a day or two.
